Every year South Africa’s entrepreneurship ecosystem convenes at LeaderEX to celebrate our best of crop entrepreneurs and acknowledge entrepreneurship as a key lever of social change and job creation in our country. SiMODiSA and partners are proud to be curating the entrepreneurship agenda and will design and facilitate exciting master classes; coordinate the ‘Entrepreneurship Aisle’ where accelerators, incubators, funding institutions, small business support organisations will exhibit.
The main theme of activities for this year will be ‘Digital Technology and Innovation’, which aims to address national, regional and global connectivity by bridging the digital divide. This will present an opportunity for entrepreneurs to learn key nuggets of how developments in technology will drive economic development and become an effective conduit for sustainable job creation in South Africa.
The Entrepreneurship Masterclasses Successful entrepreneurs, funders and industry experts from diverse backgrounds will conduct masterclasses throughout the day. The aim of the masterclasses is to share practical ‘know how, valuable information and important lessons with current and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The Entrepreneurship Aisle The Entrepreneurship aisle will consist of South Africa’s top incubators; funding institutions; small business support organisations that will share information and opportunities within the SA entrepreneurial ecosystem.
